About

Our Mission
Decrease suicide through increased awareness and education in the community. CCSPP collaborates with our partners to develop suicide prevention strategies and works to reduce the risk, stigma, and occurrence of suicide.
2025 Annual Report
Please download our 2025 Annual Report to learn more about our work, impact, and progress over the past year. Thank you to all our members and volunteers who made it possible.
Founded in 2004 as the Chester County Youth Suicide Prevention Task Force, we have evolved into a cohesive organization serving the area through evidence-based programs and collaborative community action.
We believe suicide prevention is everyone’s responsibility. We bring people together through community events, trainings, outreach, and partnerships to help more people recognize when someone may be struggling, know how to respond, and connect them with support.
Today, CCSPP is a trusted nonprofit serving Chester County by working alongside schools, businesses, healthcare providers, community organizations, and residents to make suicide prevention a shared community effort.

Grants provide an important foundation for our work, but they don’t cover everything.

Donations, sponsorships, and fundraising events help us offer free education and training programs, printed suicide prevention resources, support groups, and expand our impact.

Our next big fundraising opportunity will be our annual Hope and Hops event at Stolen Sun.

Hope and Hops at Stolen Sun Brewery on Thursday, September 24th.
